Joseph Franklin Taylor was born 2 September 1848 in Jackson County, VA and died 4 November 1923.

He was a plasterer.

He married Almira Elizabeth Lewis in 1890 in Jackson Co, WV. She was born 14 September 1848 and died 10 August 1929. She was the daughter of Samuel Lewis and Mary Jane Greer. View the Lewis line here.
